I got my Realtors license while a senior in high school and I started investing in real estate in my early 20's. My first property I purchased was a duplex, I lived in one side and rented out the other, that concept made me immediately appreciate real estate. I'm in the process of scaling my real estate business, my business focuses on raising private capital, for multifamily buy and hold properties.
