I am a relatively new investor but a lifelong entrepreneur. I currently own and operate my own martial arts academy in Georgia along with a business coaching business. Real Estate Goals: I plan on using the profits from my current business to bankroll my investing activities until I have created enough cash flow for the investing business to cover it's own growth. I currently own 2 properties with a total of 3 units. And I am actively looking for more properties. I am looking to purchase 20 more units this year across multiple property types.
