Matthew Weaver

Nice to meet you all. I am a full-time real estate investor, and I only moved home from Saudi Arabia about a year ago. Started my website, www.argentrealestate.com, and hired drivers while still in Saudi. In fact, bought my first house, while still overseas. I had to read David Greene’s book, along with nine other books, Long Distance Real Estate Investing to make it all work. I have 11 deals under my belt, from a 38 room Historic Hotel to SFR’s. And now, I am now sourcing multifamily, all through D4D, and a great agent that is also an investor. I am in the IN, OH, AZ, and GA and building the required team to move farther afield.
