Hello, My name is Matthew Young and I graduated from the University of Mary Washington in 2013 (Fredericksburg, VA). I currently live and own my primary residence in Sterling, Virginia (Loudoun County) and am a Senior Tax Manager with WithumSmith+Brown, PC, a Top-25 public accounting firm with offices nationwide. I lead our real estate tax services team out of the Washington, D.C. office, focusing on Real Estate and High Net Worth Individual Tax clients for 10 years. I am a licensed CPA in Virginia and Maryland and welcome the opportunity to assist real estate investors in achieving their investing goals in the most tax efficient ways available.
