My wife and I were interested in real estate as a retirement strategy and began running numbers in 2015. We have bought 4 properties since, founded a company and have earned money with House Hacking, long-term rentals and short-term rentals, doing most of the work ourselves. In 2022, I went full-time into RE with the plan to build a rental portfolio, specializing in short term rentals, their design and management. I am currently expanding my STR team in the area, preparing to scale operations and build up our portfolio. We are also raising money to fill a market niche we have discovered. Meanwhile, I am working to obtain my GC license and up-listing our latest LTR to STR conversion. I am always looking to meet people interested in real estate of any sorts, learn and share my own experiences. Over the years I have definitely found out that I enjoy the GC project management, designing and active management of short-term, high cash-flow rentals. At the moment I am seeking out seasoned business partners and investors interested in a co-venture into short-term rental development.
