Doing part time RE investing for about 2-3 years now. 71 total residential rental doors Flipped seven properties and averaged $58k profit per flip Currently own a marina in Fox Lake and staffing company in Bloomingdale In the past I have owned: Business broker, five bars, and golf course marketing company Bought or sold a total of 13 properties during COVID! Own two Airbnb properties (Lake of the Ozarks and Bonita Springs) Completed a number of rentals and flips with partners. Real estate is fun and great!
