Matt Mullis

My name is Matt. I'm a 40yr old married father with the best family ever. I'm a serial entrepreneur. I've owned several small businesses over the past 20 years that I've grown bored with. I'm moving into full time real estate investing as a way to replace my current income and pad my retirement. I also like the ability to be able to leave my portfolio to my son when I'm gone. Currently my main interests are in section 8 multi-family apartment buildings. I know this will be a lot to chew off for my first project but if I do it correctly this will also allow me to retire next year and invest full time. My hobbies include retro-video games and cars. I love electric vehicles and trying to upgrade any old thing I can get my hands on. We live on the Alabama Gulf Coast so our weekends are spent on the beach or in New Orleans eating the best food on planet Earth.
