Real estate completely changed the trajectory of my life, and that’s why I’m passionate about helping others use it to build freedom, stability, and long-term wealth for themselves and their families. I actually got started as an investor long before I ever became a real estate agent. Early on, one of the biggest frustrations was realizing how few agents truly understood investment real estate. Most could unlock a door, but very few understood cash flow, BRRRRs, value-add opportunities, creative finance, renovations, multifamily underwriting, commercial assets, or how investors actually think and operate day to day. That experience is a big part of why we built the CORE Team at Realty ONE Group Supreme. Today, our team works with investors across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York on everything from first-time house hacks to multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, off-market, and creative finance opportunities. We take a very honest, practical approach to the business. If a deal makes sense, we’ll tell you. If it doesn’t, we’ll tell you that too. Long-term relationships and helping people grow their portfolio matter far more to us than simply chasing transactions. Personally, nearly my entire investment portfolio — including flips, long-term holds, BRRRRs, multifamily, and commercial properties — was built using creative financing strategies with little to no cash out of pocket. More importantly, every deal was approached with the mindset of creating a true win-win situation for the seller. We’ve always believed creative finance should be used to solve problems, help people move forward, and create opportunities that benefit everyone involved — not take advantage of difficult situations. Beyond transactions, we spend a lot of time helping investors build their actual business and network. We’re constantly connecting clients with lenders, contractors, property managers, attorneys, accountants, and other investors so they continue growing long after closing day. Outside of real estate, I’ve spent over 20 years in corporate aviation as a pilot and operator of private aircraft. I’m also heavily into fitness, long-distance running, entrepreneurship, shooting sports, and the reason i do it all - my wife Tara and our three kids.
