Real estate completely changed my life, and I love helping others discover what it can do for them. I started as an investor long before becoming an agent, building my portfolio through flips, BRRRRs, house hacking, buy-and-hold rentals, multifamily, and commercial properties. Most of my deals involved creative financing with little to no money out of pocket. I've learned a lot along the way, including plenty of lessons the hard way! One of my biggest frustrations early on was finding agents who actually understood investing. Plenty could show houses, but very few understood cash flow, renovations, financing, or how investors actually think. That's a big reason we built The CORE Team at Realty ONE Group Supreme. Today, I lead a team of 20+ agents across PA, NJ, and NY, with a strong focus on investors, developers, multifamily, and commercial real estate. We're big believers in honest advice, creative solutions, and building long-term relationships. If a deal makes sense, we'll tell you. If it doesn't, we'll tell you that too. We're also passionate about connecting investors with the right people, from lenders and contractors to other investors. And we're always looking to collaborate with motivated agents who want to grow in the investment and commercial space. Outside of real estate, I've spent over 20 years flying corporate aircraft. I'm also into fitness, running, entrepreneurship, and shooting sports. Most importantly, I'm a husband to Tara and dad to three great kids.
