I own and self manage some residential rentals here in the central Ohio area and am looking to buy more. I buy distressed property and rehab it in order to get the best return on my investment. I recently left my job to do this full time but i worked for years in the financial services industry so i have a great understanding of investments, returns and the different ways you can invest and leverage money. I have a wide variety of construction skills picked up from jobs i worked in my late teens/early 20s which i use in my REI business for estimating rehab costs and doing the work. Since I am running a small operation right now I do as much of the rehab work as I can on my projects. I am always open to partnering up with the right people but Im mostly on here to learn, network and help out anyone I can in the process.
