Matthew Pinkston

I was born and raised in Cedar Rapids, IA, moved to Ames for college, and now live in Tokyo, JP as a programmer. Experience: I own a number of small multifamily apartments in Iowa, and a couple multiplexes in Tokyo and Kyoto, Japan. My philosophy is that I won't rent it unless I'd be happy living there myself. Real Estate Goals: I want to build my passive income to the point that I can afford to become a full-time investor, and make programming my hobby again (within 10 years). I'd also really like to own at least a 24-plex within that 10-year timeframe!
