Residential Realtor and Investor in the Greater Raleigh Metro and have been working full-time as a Realtor since 2010. Currently I have 1 rental property in Raleigh, NC. I'm looking to collect 10 rental properties over the next 10 years. Ideally I'd love to eventually have 20-25 units. I'm always looking to connect with other like minded people who are looking to create passive income. I'm interested in connecting with other investors, especially in the Raleigh Area, as well as private lenders and people with creative financing strategies.
