I'm working toward my first rental property. Based in Cumming, Georgia, about 40 minutes north of Atlanta. Right now I'm reading, running numbers, and figuring out which market makes sense. Long term buy and hold is what I'm after. One property, a real tenant, cash flow I can count on. I'm not looking to flip and I'm not chasing anything exotic. I'd rather learn from people who have already done this than guess my way through it.
