Hoping to build "Core 4(s)" from Austin to San Antonio. Interested in f2f (virtual ok) meetings with agents, contractors as partners, credible wholesalers. Would also like to find a quality, credible mentor for whom I could bird dog or otherwise bring value to his or her team. May fortune favor us all.
