I have a wonderful wife of 20+ years and two wonderful children. I currently live in the Inland Empire. Experience: I've been in real estate in the new home side of the business since 1996 in Southern California. I've previously held a real estate license but never practiced as a Realtor. Marketing and analytics are my background. Real Estate Goals: I owned a few properties in the early 2000's as rentals but exited prior to market change. I've begun to purchase again (3 rentals) and I'm looking to broaden my holdings to do minor fix/flips and more long-term buy/hold properties. Currently Seeking: Primarily SFH and MF 1-4 properties either wholesale or turnkey. I am willing to look in California and out-of-state in areas that meet my target COC returns. Out-of-state purchases would require a strong local team available to source and manage the deals.
