I'm in the health care field and looking to supplement my income with real estate investing with a long term goal of early retirement and creating generational wealth for my kids. I will be using the BRRRR strategy and starting with SFH to build some experience and confidence and then would like to move into small multi-family with my end goal of large multifamly.
