Hey, my name is Matt! I am Active Duty Military stationed in Florida looking to get started in real estate investing. My personal goal is to buy 10 units in my home state of TX, either single family or multi family, in the $100-150K range over the next 5 years. I am also interested in getting involved with local investors in FL, who are looking for partnerships. My focus would be on learning different ways to create cash flow, while developing mutually beneficial relationships with motivated people.
