I am a property manager, owner, and agent. I found Bigger Pockets while searching for creative methods of ownership and property management tips. I'm always ready to learn anything I can in this field. I have operated multifamily apartment buildings in Southern California, sought and overseen multifamily properties out of state, and invested equity in TIC, DST, LLC, and LP structures. I have completed 1031 and reverse 1031 exchanges. My goal is to increase the amount of units owned and continue to run properties that provide a positive housing experience while turning a profit. Buying and holding is what I am seeking. I am always looking for multifamily apartment deals to review. I like to learn markets around the US, but due to time and economy of scale I am only investing in a few select metro areas.
