Monthly cash flow on these properties is $1000/door ($2000/mo) on an annual basis after CAPEX, repairs and debt service. Also purchased 64,000 sq. ft. commercial property in 2021 (with a friend). Looking to add more STR and commercial properties in eastern United States.
