My primary focus is on new acquisitions and refinances of income-producing real estate in MD, DC, and Northern VA. Asset types include residential investment properties and flips, office space, industrial and warehouse properties, multi-family and senior living properties, owner-occupied properties, shopping centers, hotel acquisitions, and NNN lease transactions. I also provide working capital lines of credit to businesses of all sizes. My goal as a lender is to have personal relationships with my borrowers. I believe an open line of communication is the key to a smooth transaction.
