I’m a Licensed Real Estate Agent in California. I grew up in the Bay Area and Sacramento. I am also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I have a full-time W2 job. I have been a social worker for over 17 years. My goal is to someday make enough passive income through rentals so that I no longer have to work a W2 job. I also have an interest in fix and flips. I have owned three properties and did light rehab work on two of them.
