My Experience: I house hacked my first rental, I lived in it for 4years, then rented it out. I currently live in East Side Columbus and would like to invest in Columbus, Cleveland, or Lima. 2018, I closed on my four SFH in Lima. Purchased those under a commercial loan, they all are next to each other, so I own the block. I am also interested in connecting with wholesalers who have properties in C- and above classes. My Real Estate Goals: Build a portfolio of real estate properties that will generate $20,000 net in monthly passive income. My goal for 2019 is to buy 10 units, Multi-Family or SFH's in the Columbus, Cleveland, or Lima areas. Networking: I would like to network with other buy and hold investors, contractors and private lenders for my future buy and hold transactions.
