Maurice Selva

I am married with four kids, live in Sonoma County and Own a property management company, a Real estate company and a maintenance company in Napa and Sonoma County. I started in real estate in 1987 as a real estate agent selling homes in the bay area and later moved to Sonoma County where I continued listing and selling homes. After years of selling and listing homes, I decided to try the lending business and spent 6 years as a mortgage broker. After the dot com market collapsed I ventured into property management where I have remained to this day. In addition to managing and selling properties, I have since started flipping properties, have gotten my feet wet wholesaling and have just recently purchased my first out of state duplex. I hope to continue buying more out of state properties and would like to buy as many properties as I can in the next 10 years in which to allow me to create financial independence for myself and my wife. I'm excited to be a part of the BP community and hope that the friends I make and people I get to know will accelerate my dream of becoming a seasoned investor so that I can help all four of my kids purchase their own investment properties and create financial independence for themselves and their families.
