3/2/19 I am very exited to be entering the Real estate community. Im hooked on learning everything there is to know about this world. I will soon be a proud owner (and house hacker) of a triplex, also I am almost finished taking my real estate courses to be an agent in the Omaha area. My goal is to own 2 rental properties by the end of 2019 and to meet and befriend as many like minded individuals as possible. partners, investors, and mentors would be my networking goal.I am interested in finding properties in need of rehab and renting them. Single family and Multi family residential (2-4 units)homes are what I am focusing on right now.
