Drew Castleberry

Hey my name is Drew Castleberry. I'm not completely new as I've already had one one single family rental that was profitable but sold due needing to take out the equity. I'm mostly looking at getting back into REI and building up a portfolio with a buy and hold philosophy with cash flow / cash on cash as a priority. I'm mostly trying to work with leverage. I'm open to new ideas and strategies for any other types of succcessful investments!
