I’m a new REI loving life in sunny Phoenix AZ. I’m just beginning my journey as an investor and am going to build a large portfolio in Phoenix to start and eventually in other markets. I am predominantly interested in acquiring distressed properties for BRRRR to scale quickly and as efficiently as possible.
