Hi! I'm currently a college student studying marketing. I have been studying real estate for like the past 3 years trying to learn all I can, while I build up my capital to invest. I plan on having buy and hold rental properties. Maybe do some wholesaling or flipping in between. I almost got my realtor license when I was 18 but stopped. I've been reading tons of books like richest man in babylon, cash flow quadrant and the book on rental property investing to name a few!
