I live in Oakland CA with my Wife and two Children. Love to Hike and walk around different neighborhoods. Love to read and go to the library as well. Always looking to learn and grow. Main focus is large multi family syndication and JV deals. Experience: 2 years Currently selling Residential Real Estate primarily in the Bay area CA. Have done about 20 million dollars of transactions in the last 3 years. I work together with my wife. I am the mouthpiece and salesman and she keeps the books as well as manages most of the organizing and marketing. We bought our first rental in Little Rock AR summer 2016. Made a ton of mistakes and learned a bunch. But the property is fully rented and performing. Have also been a lender on 3 private money mortgage deals. Real Estate Goals: We will build a stream of "passive" (Not sure if there is every really passive income) income that pays us $100k per month (pre tax) by the year 2028. Currently Seeking: Info and resources on buying and managing commercial property. Also a potential partner/mentor. Would like to buy our first commercial deal this year.
