Mayne .Williams

My name is Mayne Williams. I am a new investor looking to close on my first property within the next 12 months. I am born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio I recently graduated college from Ohio University in 2018 where I studied Communications with a minor in Marketing and played Football. I have identified a niche for myself in which I plan on purchasing cash flowing small multifamily properties in the Cincinnati area while staying in one unit and renting out the others. As of September, 2020 I recently moved to Connecticut. I am looking to wholesale and purchase small multifamily properties here as well.
