Hello, my name is Matt and I own a land investing business. To date (11/9/2021) I’ve completed over 310 transactions across 13 states. Presently my business has six full time employees (two acquisition managers, one due diligence & transaction coordinator, and one data analyst, one COO, and one fractional CFO). My immediate goal is to improve my processes and scale the company. This month we're looking at 30+ transactions between acquisitions and dispositions.
