In addition to being a part time real estate investor, I am a long-time South Florida resident, business owner and Realtor. I invest on a part time basis and am looking to network with other investors. Experience: I have previously owned 2 rental properties and rehabbed a SF house. I currently own land on the West Coast of Florida and I am working on a Short Sale property. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to obtain multiple rental properties and flip enough properties to get back to being self employed through my real estate and own graphic design company.
