I have a passion for building that has spread into active Real Estate Investing. With several successful flips, condo conversions and mixed-use development projects completed around DC and NoVa, I'm always looking for the next opportunity. Currently have two condo conversions, one mixed-used building, and one townhouse development in progress while also managing an investment fund to expand our buy and hold portfolio.
