Michael Brockway

Mike Brockway is a Colorado-based real estate investor, coach, and short-term rental entrepreneur who enjoys helping other investors identify and acquire properties, guiding them through market analysis, financing strategies, and operational best practices. Professionally, his background is in asset management: he spent three years with Ayco/Goldman and another three years at Fidelity Investments. Since 2017, he’s been fully self-employed, building a portfolio of roughly 13 vacation and short-term rental units and developing hands-on expertise in everything from guest experience to day-to-day property oversight. As a speaker in the STR space, Mike is slated to present at BPCON 2025 on scaling a co-hosting business and acquiring short-term rentals. As founder of Zen Haus Homes, Mike leads a turnkey property-management firm specializing in short-term and vacation rentals. Under his direction, Zen Haus Homes handles marketing, guest communication, maintenance coordination, and revenue optimization for a mix of single-unit homes and multi-unit buildings. By combining a data-driven approach with personalized service, Zen Haus enables owners to outsource daily operations while maximizing occupancy and returns.
