I am a Realtor® and relatively new real estate investor in the Philadelphia area, focusing on wholesaling and fix-&-flips. PathfindersRE.com I served in the US Army for about 10 years, as a Platoon Leader in the Gulf War, later as a trainer in the Reserves. Worked for 11 years as a Project Manager in DoD, and since then as a temporary contract Program Manager in private industry. In this new venture, I've teamed up with a friend who already has a successful home renovation business.
