Mike Carr

I have been managing rental properties since I was a young teen. I grew up around managing and maintaining my parents rental properties. After college I decided to get into real estate full time. I started by flipping which led me to wholesaling and rental properties. In between doing that I learned a lot about non-performing note investing and commercial real estate. My goal since I first started was to build a large self storage portfolio for long-term holds. I decided in early 2017 that I would sell all of my rentals and put 100% of my time towards starting my self storage business. I got a job at a local facility to learn from the inside out and now spend my time off of work learning and making connections within the self storage community. I have a goal to build a massive self storage portfolio through syndication.
