Mark Chapman

I am a 35 year old father of two beautiful daughters, Calyn (14) and Bryn (10) married to my incredible wife Heather Chapman. I love the outdoors, especially hunting. I also have been a musician for 20+ years. I have been interested in real estate investments since my early 20's but I never took the leap. I believe I am at a point in my life where I have to finally make this a reality instead of a great idea. I currently have a full time job in Logistics and have been in it for 15+ years but am looking to move out of the 24/7 demand that often is required in that industry. I have held many positions in logistics that prepare me well for real estate investing. I am the guy who is used to wearing many different hats and can handle multiple things going on at once. I am highly motivated and I know a thing or two about the "grind". Coming from a 24/7 365 logistics background, I am used to dealing with multiple projects and unexpected road blocks. Resilience is my greatest character trait and that is what will propel me through this next phase in my life. I am excited to start this new chapter in my life that will help me to be able to provide a better future for my family. I appreciate the things that I have learned here at Bigger Pockets so far and am eager to learn much more!
