McKade Evenson

Hi, I’m McKade Evenson, a 20 year old born and raised in Idaho. I’m currently getting my bachelors degree in accounting at Idaho State University. Planning to get my CPA license as well. I have been getting into BP since I found it in 2019. My parents are real estate investors. I am a major newbie, but I’m hungry, ready to learn, and not afraid of making mistakes if it means I am learning. I am most interested in BRRRR investing with multifamily properties/apartments, syndicating deals, and in marketing like a wholesaler to get those off-market deals.
