Colleen McKoy

I am a broker/owner, property manager at Brick & Mortar Properties in Carson City NV. I enjoy working with investors that are either looking to purchase/sell their investment properties and I am interested in managing investors rental properties. I am a long term buy and hold investor and understand the importance of buying correctly, finding quality tenants and managing a property to maximize cash flow. Besides investing, I love living in Northern Nevada and all it has to offer. Hiking and skiing around Tahoe is what you will find me doing for fun.
