I work a full-time job and invest in buy and hold on the side. I have a wife and three kids who are nearing college quicker than I care to think about... Experience: Presently I have two single family houses, a duplex, four-plex and three-plex in the Edwardsville, Illinois area. Real Estate Goals: I'm looking for more buy and hold type properties (most likely single family since I don't have enough down payment for anything larger. Also I'd like to find potential flips in the St. Louis area (which could be rented as a plan-B) if they don't sell as fast as I hope. I'm having trouble defining a long-term goal since I'm not sure what's realistic vs. wishful thinking. Currently Seeking: Single and multi-family residential property in the St. Louis Metro East area, particularly Edwardsville, Glen Carbon and Maryville, Illinois.
