Decided to launch Signal Property Management in 2017 after seeing the need for quality residential property management for investors who owner property in the Birmingham, AL area. After graduating from the University of Alabama with a degree in Commerce & Business Administration started working in Birmingham with a local property management company. He began in leasing and then progressed to property management. Then moved to a management role running a Birmingham office and was later made responsible for all maintenance departments in 3 markets. Spent time reorganizing existing processes and implementing new and more efficient processes to better serve property owners. Stay involved in all aspects of a property management company ensuring clients that we provide property management service at the highest level. In 2016 was named one of the Birmingham Business Journal's 'Rising Stars of Real Estate'.
