I am an engineer by degree and profession but have always been interested in real estate investing. I am here to learn as much as I can and continue to build a portfolio of cash flowing rental properties. Experience: I have only purchased 1 SF property as a rental. I held it for a little over a year after which I renovated and sold it on for a small profit. I am currently preparing to sell my personal residence so my wife and I can purchase and house hack a small multi in the Columbus, Ohio area. Real Estate Goals: I see real estate investing as path to retirement. I have a very good job that I enjoy and will continue to work at for some time, but I want to continue to accumulate rental properties as a future source of income. I am interested in small multifamily and eventually large multifamily. Currently Seeking: I am currently seeking a team to help me grow in this business and as most of us in this community for my next deal.
