My first property was a house hack and completed in summer 2025. It involved working with several contractors, a few realtors, a private lender, and my ability to visualize a property's highest use, work hard when required, and be really scrappy. I have a talent and passion for seeing the potential of historical properties and restoring them to glory. I am also great at spotting undervalued gems and upcoming trends. I match best with people who are not grey-walling places and making everything look like a corporate office. Currently looking for my next opportunity, either a straight fix and flip or a multi-unit mixed use rental to stabilize cash flow.
