I am new to wholesaling and Real Estate Investing. I live in the Pueblo, Colorado area. I have done lots of research myself, built a list and even have started a marketing campaign. I have not taken action yet because I am hesitant to go at it alone. What I am seeking is someone that has some experience in wholesaling and real estate investment, who would be willing to put together a mutually beneficial partnership where we would work together on a few deals and then establish a professional business cooperative . I am interested in a fair, open ended, transparent business model and partner.
