I have been a real estate investor since 2015. I currently own SFRs properties in a buy and hold rental portfolio looking to expand to Commercial and MFRs solo or with partners with the same goals. I'm licensed in WA state and enable those looking to invest in WA with investor-friendly deals. I am interested in; value-add opportunities, accredited investors, sponsors, syndication, networking and aligning myself with like-minded individuals.
