Megan Alan

Hi, I'm Megan! I own a video production company in Portland, Oregon and decided it's finally time to get serious about retirement (gulp!) I'm interested in buying my first house hack next year (2025) and would appreciate any advice on finding & analyzing good deals in high priced markets. A duplex or triplex would be dreamy :) In my free time, I enjoy salsa dancing, going to the movies, and spending time with my amazing partner and very vocal Siberian husky. Please say hello! I'd love to make more friends in the real estate space and am eager to learn and contribute to the community.
