My husband and I are on our second house hack. We live in a 2 family we recently purchased in Dover, NH and we also own a 2 family home in Somersworth, NH and a condo in Rochester. Our goal is to learn enough on BP to continue investing wisely in our area and reach retirement early. Experience: I bought a condo in 2006 when prices were high and interest rates were high. We moved out and onto a 2 family home before refinancing (big mistake) and so we are now under water on that condo and rent it out monthly at a slight loss. The 2 family we own in Somersworth we bought at a great price and low low rate and the property cash flows well. We just bought a 2 family in Dover and when we move out it should cash flow nicely too. We have been landlords for 4 years. Real Estate Goals: Acquire cash flowing properties in NH and ME in an effort to leave a boring job
