Hey BP community, My name is Megan and I am a 23 year old college student in the Henderson NV area. I have about a year and a half left of school before I can start my career as a teacher. During this time, I plan on educating myself, saving, and making connections. My ideal 1st investment would be FHA loan of 3.5% down payment on a triplex or fourplex that I can house hack. My 1st year living in the property will consist of saving all cashflow and a majority of W-2 income while living frugally. I plan on repeating the processes with an owner-occupied loan every year for 3-5 years. I am open to new locations within reason that are safe.
