Ultimate goal is to build wealth, get some passive incoming flowing in, and retire early. I am currently studying to get my real estate license. Would like to find a flip house near my current location. Also interested in a STR property In the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area or somewhere in the panhandle of Florida.
