Over 16 deals in my career personally and I have helped negotiate and close almost 1000 deals in Spokane, Coeur d’ Alene and Sandpoint. MBA from Gonzaga University. My husband Justin is actively a part of our real estate investment company. We have a one year old daughter that we love spending time with and seek the ultimate cash flow financial freedom. Our goal for 2020 is to finalize a convert a single family home into a duplex, and remodel another single family rental for maximum cash flow.
