Melissa Moffat

New investor looking to purchase my first investment either a single family, duplex or tri/four plex. I've been reading, learning and saving for my first property for 3 years now and 2019 is the year I'll purchase my first! I'm a San Diego native who moved to central PA to receive my BS from Juniata College. I moved back home after school and later received an MBA from Chapman University in Orange County, CA. Since graduating with my Bachelor's in 2011 I've been working for some of the largest real estate owners and managers in CA, first in residential and currently in commercial real estate. It's through my work that I obtained my CA Real Estate Salesperson License. I'm a big baseball fan, Go Padres!, and I love to travel the world! My goal is create passive income through buy and hold properties in order to pay down my student loan debt and down the road be able to leave a legacy to my future children. I'd love to connect and talk central PA markets and success stories.
