Melissa Romano

Hi, I'm Melissa! I relocated to Scottsdale, AZ from Atlanta in 2017 in pursuit of better weather, less time in traffic, and my first real estate deal. I work full-time (at home, thankfully) in enterprise software and spend my free time walking my dogs to the park, switching between coffee and wine, and side hustling. I'm aggressively trying to reach financial independence and can't wait to see what real estate can do to get me there! I've mostly invested locally in Arizona and am still doing so but am also expanding my long-distance portfolio in Colorado & Massachusetts. I'm a licensed Realtor in Arizona and specialize in vacation rentals, so I'd love to connect if you're interested in STR in Phoenix/Scottsdale. As an Airbnb SuperHost and VRBO Premier Partner, I'm happy to help you find and/or design the perfect vacation rental or second home.
